every car i have owned i ran mobil 1 5w30 and haven't had any problems, soon as i got my most recent car, about a month and a half ago i switched to mobil1 it has 120,000KM's, and when i had my zetec i did the same thing and didnt have a day of problems and i switched it at 108,000Km's and crashed it at 124000KM's, the only thing that i noticed about the car was that i seem to get slightly better gas mileage with the mobil compared to conventional oil.
