Kind of new at home car maintenance but since getting my Contour I want to treat her right.
I drive a 2000 Contour SE/Sport with 45,000 on it or so and was wondering what kind of oil you all would reccomend putting in to it. I drive the car pretty hard also. I really don't know oil types at all so any help would be greatly appreciated.
