Disagreed, with the cruise control sected on along with the a/c the zetec can hold its power. I drove like this on most of my last cross country trip from Norfolk, VA to San Diego, CA... It might of had something to do with the fact that I wasn't in stop in go trafic on the highway, but I think its fine

yea this darn zetec of mine, just loses all of its power with the a/c on. guess i need a UDP, since its only 100 bucks. Wierd that your idle goes up with the a/c on, is this when the engine is warm or cold? Because my old zetec tour the rpms went up when I turned the heat on with the engine cold.

All cars the idle goes up - that way it won't stall...
Don't forget your Altinator overdrive pulley, and the cooler thermostat as the water pump in underdriven also. Not the best mod or stop and go city traffic....

It doesn't underdrive the h2o pump enough to matter, the alternator pulley isn't needed either.
