19 different judges - that's 19 out of 19 including a federal judge yesterday, have all agreed that the feeding tube was lawfully removed. Is there any evidence that Ms. Iyer has ever testified before at any phase of this case? If so, it must be that her story does not hold a lot of water.
There is nothing illegal about Fox News openly pandering to the religious right. As far as our elected officials, however, that's a clear violation of the separation of church and state and therefore prohibited under our constitution.
And I'm not going to get involved in another inane argument about whether the Constitution mandates a separation of church and state. Federal caselaw, including several US Supreme decisions have already decided that issue for us.
