Some attorney in Boca Raton a few weeks ago.

Just last week some guy in San Diego offered him $1 Million which was immediately rejected.

This guy stands to make virtually no money from his wife dying. There was a $1 million dollar settlement that has gone to the care of his wife and is virtually entirely used (one can imagine the cost of 15 years of 24/7 medical care); and he turns down offers for $10 million to drop the case. And he's called a "con man"?

Some people must have different ideas of what a con man is than I do.
