Unless a DNR (do not revive) or some form of legal, notarized (or video to skip notary needs) letter was made by the wife, stating NOT to pull her in this event, the husband should have say so..
If there is NO reasonable chance that she will ever revive, even partly..The parents may not wish it, but it isn't their call...
