If you or your parents don't have will, PLEASE have them make one.
When my father passed away last month, he didn't have a will. THANKFULLY, most everything went automatically to my mother due to her name either being on the mortgage, or being a beneficiary on his IRAs, or the fact she had the right of survivorship on the bank accounts, otherwise, this could have been a disaster for me.
GET A WILL made!
