No.The fuel system is pressurized from the fuel pump forward to the fuel injectors. You would only lose fuel pressure if your pump sucked in air(like when you run out of gas) or if you had a leak after your fuel pump like in the fuel lines. A small hole in your gas tank will probably just make your gas price rise to $3.00 a gallon.
