The upstream front sensor is easy enough that your don't need specific directions.
The downstream sensors are not used for fuel control and needn't be replaced unless you are having specific symptoms related to them.
Good time for new spark plugs while you're at it. Suggest using either Motorcrafts or Autolites. Directions to replace them are in the same section of the board as the O2 instructions.
