And have you tested the battery and alternator?
This was suggested by Ray when a previous issue with battery or alternator came up.

Measure voltage across the battery terminals at idle.. should be 14.3-14.7 at idle. manually rev the car via the throttle body and see if the voltage drops. It shouldn't.
with the car off, and the surface charge removed from the battey (turn on headlights and interiors for 60 seconds) it should measure 12.0-12.2ish.
If you don't get the charging voltage, either your alternaotr is going out or your megafuse is blown, though a megafuse would cause a light at all times, and NO charge, not slow charging.... "
