I've heard quite a few things about lightened flywheels. Mostly from the Mustang side of the house. How drag racers really don't want to lighten it due to you need the mass down low to get you moving.
would this be the same on the CSVT?? I'm looking at getting the LSD, upgrade the clutch (mines slippin under n2o), and a lightened flywheel to lighten the load since the lsd would be adding more weight to the rotating mass in the tranny. Is that the right approach? how much weight does the lsd add???
Also, anyone read the article in MM&FF about the S/Ced Focus who got the 'custom' Aasco lightened flywheel? That's whre I got my ideas from. Lemme hear what you think.
