i didn't have a problem with my SE. As for the heatshield, it should fit perfectly. You just need to work it in. It will eventually find it's place. I had trouble at first, but just been patient, and came out with good results. As for the IAT, you could do a couple of things. One is buy the adapter from bat for like $3 plus shipping, or you could actually cut a hole on a part of the filter to actually fit it through. Make sure no mistake is done though
