The truth is they are snake oil.
There are some actual performance enhancers you can buy on ebay, but not many.
(Diablo/Superchip, intake, muffler, NOS)
But the stuff you have listed are all crap, or stuff that has been listed on this site and can do yourself (like the IAT mod).
