AWSF32PP or AWSF22PP (step colder) Motorcraft Double Plat, depending on how cold you want to go. Since you have the 3L heads, I'd say go with the 32, which are the stock plug for the 2.5L and 3.0L Duratec (except 2000 SVT). Dunno the Autolite number, but they are the same plugs.

I have NGK TR6 in mine, b/c the 22s don't seem to be cold enough. Unfortunately, I'll probably be replaceing them every 15,000 miles, since they aren't double platinum. frown But that's on a hybrid (11:1 compression).
