its just an engin compartment exhaust fan for boats. you turn it on before you start the engin to get all the gas fumes out. If you actually think this will create horsepower save yourself some money and buy one from a marina for $10-15 or go to menards and buy a heating duct fan. (basicly the same POS thing)
