I am sure that this is probably a scam, it looks like nothing more than an electric fan to push more air into the engine, but in basic theory, that should work. My thoughts are that you get what you pay for and this thing is more harmful than good. I was just looking for some thoughts from people who are knowledgeable about cars and could explain in layterms their thoughts on this.
