Since license plate frames were brought up, I thought I'd ask this question. The spot for my rear license plate on my 2000 CSVT only has screw holes for the top two holes. I wanted to put a license frame on, but without the bottom screws the bottom hangs out too far from the car. Did anyone put in screw holes for the bottom screws? Did you just drill holes? Did you put in anything for the screws to screw in to?
