That pair is selling on e-bay for $16. I'm not sure if they're actually SVT issue plate frames. There are many companies online which make custom plate frames similar to those. Here are a few links. I hope this helps.
License Plate Frames
Auto Plates
Street Beat Customs
I'll keep an eye out for the real thing smile

Since license plate frames were brought up, I thought I'd ask this question. The spot for my rear license plate on my 2000 CSVT only has screw holes for the top two holes. I wanted to put a license frame on, but without the bottom screws the bottom hangs out too far from the car. Did anyone put in screw holes for the bottom screws? Did you just drill holes? Did you put in anything for the screws to screw in to?

Don't try drilling holes into the plastic. The upper holes are actually metal threaded bushings propely supported in the plastic. Common practice is to attach the bottom holes on the frame to the bottom holes on the license plate with bolts and nuts with the bolts cut short so that they do not protrude beyond the nuts.

Also, on the upper bolts, use some anti-sieze on them so that if you ever need to remove them years later they will not have corroded to the bushing so tightly that you break up the plastic in the process.
