Since I've done about 30 of them, I have the jigs made to perform the following:
- Knife edged entrance lip
- Rounded leading edge of the throttle plate
- Remove the front portion of the throttle bar and thin the back side
- Countersunk screws
- Smoothed throttle plate bore opening
- Optional powder coating
We have dyno proof of 3+ HP at the wheels on a 2.5 SVT for this mod with no other changes. We will post those results soon on our website.
