You can ask the muffler shop if they'll do it under the table, and the worst they can say is no. I got a local muffler shop, not saying any names to put on my OFF ROAD Y-PIPE and weld it for $50. Just ask around, someone will probabley say yes and they are the best ones to go to for an exaust problem.
