I remember at SZ seeing Trapps DMD in action and since his is the only other one I've seen, I don't have much to go on here. When the engine was revved up, the rubber piece expanded with the RPM's. Mine doesn't do that.
Should I be worried? Can this be bad? or is mine working right and his wasn't?
I've got about 150 miles on it so far and am keeping the RPM's down. Well, trying to anyway. Thanks for any advice, Mike

Mine doesn't do anything special. The engine sounds different from inside the car, and it's smoother on the top end, but that's it as far as obvious effects. Any reason you're keeping the RPMs down?

Well, I was keeping the RPM's down just in case there might be a problem with the one I have. However, you say that yours doesn't do anything either, so maybe I'm ok after all. Thanks, Mike

Sorry I missed this post. Mine appears to 'flex' differently at different RPM's. The real proof is in the smooooooth feeling the motor presents above 3k. I would think yours should visibly 'flex' too.
????
Terry?

Thanks Mark, that's what I was thinking as well. Wonder what I should do now? Mike
