6950rpm or so when i had the chip in. hit 127 mph in 4th gear according to the stock speedo. think if i had more room it would have gone a couple higher but not much. sounded pretty dam good with the cta and flowmaster at that rpm i think

when I had my neon in its non turbo state I revved it up to 8100 by accident once with my chip. I was scared but nothing broke.

Goddamn, I got a STOCK Zetec ATX, and freak out when shes at 100 Mph, feels all weird, shakes a bit, lot of wind passing around the car

I don't have a speedo either, but lately(since I cleaned my MAF off) I've noticed that my engine sounds as if there was a turbine spooling up in gears 1,2,3. 4th slows me down, and only pulls good on hills or above 80mph, and in 5th my limiter kicks in hard at 110mph. I thought I'd broke something the first and only time I got there(I-5 nothbound LA, about two months ago). Once I relized what had happened I was upset because I wanted to see what my car was working with. My car is wierd but I love her. I don't think I go over 6700rpm unless I downshift to third over 70mph(did it a few time to avoid accidents, when braking wasn't an option). "Burn rubber, not you soul"
