Use reg. unleaded. The extra octane is a measure of the fuels resistance to burning. over time the unburned fuel will cause carbon build up and a loss of performance. It will also cause detonation wich can destroy your motor PRONTO!!
Only use high octane gas if you have high compression or pinging.
