I'm not that dumb. I have put a switch to the remote for the subs so I can turn them off when they are not in use.

I've heard that mounting amps on the sub box can be bad due to the vibrations, not that they wouldn't vibrate anywhere else.

I wish it were for the Treo subs but I would have to sell my Audiobahn stuff and no one wants to spend $1800 on a stuff that isn't coming from a store. I have posted it forsale for some time now and all I have got are scamers.

I wouldn't worry about vibrations if the box is properly built.

Agreed. I've been pounding the snot out of a 10 Rockford Fostgate sub with a 1000 watt amp screwed directly to the side of the sub box in my work van for 6 years with no noticable loss of performance.
Your's is probably higher quaility stuff than mine. Go ahead and bet the hell out of it (when the kids not around).
