Just felt like saying that i got mine installed laugh Louder than i thought it would be, but it does sound really sweet! (single magnaflow muffler). I've got the stock Ypipe. I'm probably gonna add an aftermarket one later. Still can't decide.

Your exhaust kits state that they can be welded or clamped together...Is it better to have it welded? is the clamps just a cheaper option for installation? Do you sell those clamps? Thanks.

your the second person to comment on the focus banner, i'll have to admit though, you really have to be on acid to appreciate it. LOL (i'll see if i can slow it down)

as for the clamps, we do provide all the clamps needed for install. basically, we provide the clamps so that you could "technically" install it yourself. (and many people do install it themselves). however, by having a shop install it for you and weld it, you will get a 100% flawless seal, which will keep the exhaust sealed better. this is not to say the clamps will not seal good, but since they are clamps (and have bolts) they may rattle loose within time.

basically, theres pros and cons to welding. pro: you get a perfect seal, con: the exhaust now becomes ONE PIECE and is harder to remove. the clamps are vice-versa.

hope this helps
have a great day guys smile

Hey,

was wondering if you had anything out there with dual muffler at the tail of the car. I have a 3.0 with No cats pre or main and no res. It is loud and I have the stock svt mufflers now I am thinking this system would be really really loud with my setup. was wonder if there were anymore options. looking for something to quiet it down while keeping a nice sound. Also with it looking like i am moving to florida do you guys do any custom work on cars if I brought mine there? Thanks in advance.

Micah

the Y-pipes advertised for the V6 cougar, although they look similar, does anyone know if they are the same as the Contour V6 Y-pipe?
