...is complete. Klean Strip makes a fiberglass paint stripper and my order finally came in today. It is a thick jelly like stripper that you spread with a paint brush. It was a definite success. Followed by a quick 220 grit go over and my splitter is as white as new, ready to be shot again. Just need to run a 1000 grit over it before painting and I'm good to go. DEFINTELY easier and faster than just sanding it all down! It was worth the $13 and I have plenty more to do a few more times if necessary.
