Stock for stock...

Actually "if you are splitting hairs" the SVTC is faster by at least a half second. Nearly a full second in some tests.

Handling goes to the SVTF by a hair. Mainly because the Focus is more forgiving and most people "really" can't drive. The SVTC has better steering and stability at speed.

Brakes go the SVTF by more then a hair! (bigger brakes & ligher car, do the math!)

Looks are no contest. The Focus is FUGLY and nothing can be done about that.

IMO it's not really a choice. I'd go a SVT Contour.

However if pocket rocket is more your style there are better choices then the SVTF out there...
