I am not aruging with the parents buying their kids a car, I am just against them buying them NICE cars. A kid in highschool doesn't need a nice car, just one that is going to get them from point a to b. The reason why my dad bought me a car was because I got a job when I was 16, we lived 15 miles in the sticks and I needed a way to get into town to work and school. He would have laughed his @ss off if I told him I wanted an SVT.
