Doesn't the Zetec have a flex pipe under the car, approximately where the V-6 has the cat??

Frankly, the only problem I see with the zxtuner 4-2-1 header is that you'll need to buy a high-flo cat to stay emission legal, but that's no big expense. And if you're clever, you can put off adding the cat for a little while... by keeping the car off road only I mean...
