Got a quarter size gash in the sidewall of my tire last night. It hasn't lost any air, but I am a little worried that the integrity of the tire my have been affected. Is it safe to drive on and is there any kind of patch or something along those lines that will protect it so I dont have to get a new tire?

I think that little comparo answers your question. Even if its patched, will it have complete integrity? Be safe and get a new tire...

damaged sidewall = replace tire. Sidewall patches are not terribly safe no matter what.

LOL, excellent analogy.

If you got road hazard, that would cover it.
