just wondering if anyone has thought about putting their air filter in the fenderwell..kinda like the mac 5.0 system does!i think i could fabricate the tubing, but was wondering if anyone has tried it? do you think it would work, and be beneficial for performance? or would i just be better off making a heatshield? just wondering what everyone thinks!!!

Kaiser has his filter in his fender. Check the Southwest forum. He was thinking about producing these, too. I woulda bought one, but he said it made no more gains (on the DYNO) than any other setup around, so he didn't think it would sell. I still woulda bought one. I think it's the best place for the filter, bar-none.
