Hey guys, can I have your .02 worth regarding
changing brands of plugs or staying with the
Ford plugs?


1999 Black SVT #2639/2760 on 08/11/1999; w/18" OZ Racing Superleggera's, Yoko Paradas.

Doesn't make a whole lot of difference, although you need to get double platinum plugs. (Platinum on both electrodes) The bosch +4s work well and idle smooth. I've had a set in for about 38K miles with no problems.

Many SVT's report problems with the Bosch Plat +4's! Stick with ford double plats!

Autolite APP764. Double-plats or bust.
The Ford ones are good too. Not sure on the number though.

Stick with the Ford Motorcraft plugs, they are much better than the Bosch.

Definitely skip any Bosch spark plugs.

aren't NGK plugs expensive? they use them in the bumper boat motors where i work.
