Squeeky driver's seat, fixed twice, still does it

Dome light was blowing fuses so it's now sitting on my desk

Remote release gas gap wouldn't open, fixed by TSB

CV Axle was slinging grease

Front sway bar bushings are toast, new ES bushings sitting in my room for the past 7 months

Couple of outstanding recalls that I won't get fixed

Driver's side front window won't roll down -- regulator is toast

Plunger on the door was malfunctioning and drained my battery, fixed by cleaning the contact

LOL! laugh I know how you feel. I've had my ES motor mounts and ES bushings sitting in my garage for like six months now. A combination of too lazy and not enough time to install them. Hey, maybe I'll do it this weekend LOL!

As far as problemas, 53k+ miles (90+ each day) and no problems yet except for noisy suspension, which I know I need to replace all of the bushings, and I'm going to go with the Ground Control kit with Konis when the time comes, which is really why I'm waiting on the ES bushings...

1997 GL with Duratec - drove to 69,000 miles.

Wheel alignment at around 13,000 miles and battery at 63,000. The rest was all basic maintenance. I usually changed the oil at 4000 mile intervals.

98.5 zetec, 52,600 miles right now, had 25,000 when purchased used 2 years ago.

exhaust system connection between flex pipe and resonator pipe broke-26,000(not long after buying car)
trans leak-35,000(just before warranty expired)
blower motor resistor, switch, and wiring-46,000(program covered it)
back end of car sitting too low, replaced rear springs, not broken, but getting there-48,000
right front wheel bearing-49,000
replaced tie rod ends, were starting to sieze up. also performed alignment.-50,000

Since I work at a Ford dealer, I have saved myself lots of money by doing the work myself. I get a parts discount too.

ESP Coverage:
1. Passanger Control arm (my fault but i have a hook up in the ESP company)$25
2. Light switch assy. (Also my fault after botched Fog Light fix try)$25
3. Cam sensor (Evedently my car thought it didnt have cams, ran like sh!te)$25

Non ESP Coverage:
1. 4 new wheel studs and bolts (hit a curb and broke 2 had all 4 replaced)$100

So i guess in essence i guess i have had only one problem and it was the Cam Sensor. LOVE MY NAVI!!!
