highly unlikely that the wiring harness is bad, they are just too simple, and the fact that JUST your two rear speakers aren't working would have to mean that 4 wires aren't working, and that's not likely ethier.
They are probally just shot, the stock speakers are crap, and I bleww all 4 of mine with my 55wX4 HU
