Yep, the oil separator is a pain in the but to replace the gasket. You can't take the separator out, it is stuck between the cylinder heads. You have to take the two bolts out, lift up slightly and fish the gasket out and fish the new one in --- what a dumb design......

yep been there done that. was not fun. i thought i would kill something when i had to do that. I didn't know those things like to come loose tho, i maybe checking mine out soon to make sure it is tight and not leaking. i got a leak somewhere, not a bad one, but is very annoying because oil get s all over the bottom of the car
