Damn! That was a blast! I had a great time. I really know that car cause I had it on the edge the whole time. LOTS of lift throttle oversteer! Chris found that out when he spun out into the dirt. I almost lost it there once when A Porsche Brakes right where I needed to power out so that I did not bring the rear around on me. I caught it, but Chris was right in my pat in the middle of the track taking pics... He got a nice SHOw!
Pat showed up and set up the camera in my car. I've got some GREAT in car footage... Even when I almost lost it!
Here are some pics! I used the tires and rims from the red car.
The tape is holding in my brake cooling ducts.... NO brake fade after I installed this. Pat let me borrow his, so now I have to give them back.... :-( I ran the first session with out the ducts and found brake fade into a sharpe turn after a straight... I had the car sidways (controlled). It was fun
Even on street tires... I was able to hang with and pass some fast cars. I was happy!
This just makes me ache to get the red car done..... That thing will be a blast!!
