You guys oversell Mustang GT's way too much. My younger brother has a 01 GT w/ 5spd. (stock)and we raced, off the line he beat me by about 1 car lengths, then both of us were doing 55mph
and down shifted in to third and it was dead even
till we slowed down at 115mph. My SVT run high
14's and stock GT's run 14.7 ( which is pretty
sad for a V8 ). So my advice is if you decide to buy a GT save your money, also I beat my friends
95 5.0 GT 5spd. (exhaust mods) going down the street at 35 mph.
