This tells about egr and benifits getting rid of it.

WOW!!!!

I just looked at the first two links and I am amazed at how closely you resemble living proof that advertising works.

Don't you know when you are being "sold" on something.

buy this product and gain 2-4 HP...buy this product and gain up to 15 HP....buy this product and gain up to 27 HP...

Buy all of them and 46 horsepower!
Get 'em while they're hot.

WOW again!!! The third link even tells you that too little egr flow can cause overheating. By the way, combustion temperatures only really go up when the car is running close to stoich or leaner, not at WOT.

Look, I'm having a little fun at your expense because you are not thinking through the statements from the other "experts", but I don't want you to start hating me so I'll stop. see, I'm all better.
I hope you will take the time to slow down and read all of the information because I really think you have just been misled a little bit.
You are trying to build a great project and you can build it with or without EGR. Just remember, it isn't the EGR that keeps the cylinders cool under load, it is the fuel you inject and with a turbo it is the intercooler. The EGR is a plus for other things like lean burn cruise situations, and to top it off you are remaining "legal" for any future visual emissions inspections.
