those ppl w/ the 3.0-4.0 range that just graduated from getting their masters. They may be making alot but they are also paying alot in loans.

With more money, more debt also tends to come along with it. Funny how it works out that way. You'd probably also find that many of the people with high ratios are either "Trolls", and no longer have Contours like myself, or are young and the ratio is artificially inflated because the denominator is really small. And some people just don't like to unnecessarily waste money if the car they've got still runs. We've got at least a few members here that own Porsches. Still own a 'Tour though.

Debt to income? Clarify debt. Consumer debt is ZERO. Mortgage and car payment is a different story.
