does bassani sound good on an svt contour or is it very raspy. i heard that it was loud as hell just like a mustang. im thinking of getting exhaust done but i dont want any rasp or very little. please let me know asap.

its only raspy until the pipes warm up.

after that no rasp.

Same as my Dynamax.. Sounds raspy at first, ESPECIALLY above 3K, but after it warms up, it is a VERY exotic sounding burble, at idle. The WOT sounds of about 5.5K sound REMARKABLE... i have yet to hear a bassani, but would love to hear it. Anyone have some comparable clips of a dynamax exhaust, and a bassani? (I know I have the dynamax in person, but MY real-life dynamax vs. a WAV of bassani is apples to oranges)

where did you order your bassani exhaust from. is there any local dealers?

Well I guees I will add my two cents. I have heard a SVT with the Bassani set up and it does sound nice. I have not heard any contours with the Dynamax. I just had Midas install 2.5 SS pipes and Z33 Ravin Mufflers. I added 2 Pilot Motorsports Tips with 4" OD. Talk about rumble! I think these sound better than the Bassani set up I heard, but this is just an opinion as my friend felt his Bassani's were better. So I guess it is al in the eye, er should I say EAR of the beholder. But one thing we both agreed on was that the Ravins made a deeper sound.
