Looked into Vonage, but settled on Packet8. $20 and all the calls you can make. E911 is a few bucks more if you are concerned. I took my DTA to Chicago when I was there for three months and people still called my home number. They where baffled especially when I called them and they saw what number I was calling from ("I thought you where in Chicago? Yes. And this is your home number? Yes!")
