The Tour has been relagated to beater status for some time now, but this is the straw that breaks it.

For as long as I've owned this car, the rear tires have worn much faster than the fronts. Just bought a couple new BFG Traction TAs on the rear, along with a 4 wheel alignment.

Apparently the rear suspension adjustments are frozen, and cannot be adjusted at all (the tech was afraid of breaking parts). They quoted me $575 parts and labor to fix it. At this point, I don't know if it's worth it to put any more money into the car. Hopefully I'll be able to trade it by the end of the year.....

These cars aren't getting any younger.
