Ok here i am, im alive. put me on the list cuz i aint missin this. My car should be in 100% runnin mode. NOT like last year...man that sucked. Anyways, my uncle works as a mechanic for the city and is droppin my engine in it for me AS I TYPE, yayyyy! I should have my car BY tuesday. I cant wait, woohooo. It wasnt a spun rod bearing that we originally thought it was....just a wrist pin. Sux though cuz it still meant engine replacement. But on that good note, i found out my engine had been pulled before and someone had left off several of my bolts, and misdirected a ton of my hoses. Plus the exhaust leak and bad o2 sensors, plus the bad plugs....my car was runnin awful. But no more! HEHEHEEE gonna be sweet. Ok dont know if imma have the money to dyno my baby, but imma try. who knows whats gonna happen in the next few weeks. I may win some lottery! (yeah right  ) Anyways, take it easy, and im out for now!

Amanda, didn't you get a 3L to replace your engine? I was thinking that you said something about that in one of your past posts. If so...  , but I can understand why you wouldn't have the money to dyno. A 3L swap can get pretty expensive.

Awww c'mon now, they were yummy! Anyways, im preggo, cant drink anyways. No, i didnt do a 3L swap, was just a dream of mine, lol. But its almost alive, yayyyyyyy. Had so many issues i had no clue about, and the merc dealership messed somethings up when they put my rack on last year...remember my lil bit of bad luck then?? Sheesh. Anyways, they misdirected some hoses and managed to leave off a couple bolts. Strange how things like that happen to me!!!! Grrrr oh well, dont and over with. Im happy, im gettin my ride back this week! ok well nuff from me for now, im out

Not just you. Pretty much any Contique that goes to the dealer gets a ride like that. Last time I went for a battery cable replacement (sounds simple), the car came back to me with NO MOUNTING BOLTS in the alternator and they somehow LOST the battery tie down!! I was furious! They paid for my rental and gave me free parts to fix the car 'cause they weren't about to touch it again! 
I won't let those $tealer$hip holes park my car, much less work on it.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

Hell if anything you can ride me with me, hun. I just got my car back last night, and let me telllll you! WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO hot dayum that car is sweet! I missed her so much it aint even funny. But yes, shes alive, and my mom laughed at me today while i was detailing her, sayin it was good to see me being the real me again. Hmmm did not having my car affect me that bad??? Jeez, who knew!?! Anyways, shes purrin like a lil kitten again, and runnin just as clean as new. Hehehee...gawd im sooo happy, can ya tell it? Anyways, Later
