Kona, and JBM, I used to like. But now they seem too weak.

I mentioned Sumatra, but I like Guatamala Antigua, as well.

As for extraction methods, again, I mentioned espresso, but a good press runs a close second. Most drippers are about the same (it's the grind, man!) as long as they have a mesh filter (paper removes too much of the essence.)

I've tried "Turkish" or "Middle Eastern" style coffees. While a bold experience worth trying, it's not something I'd adopt for every day.
