I agree on both of those counts! Fresh Mozzarella is amazing, and so is a good Reuben. Man, 2 hours until lunch...

Mmmm...

Speaking of Chesse... I was reading through the classifides and a certain person had an ad, What happened to "Hitman" Wheres he been?

Ok.. thats about enough time worth thinking... I've tried REAL mozarella slightly melted on a toasted english muffin. Here's my recipe... its GOOD.

Fry up some finely chopped up vegies (your choice, really, but get some peppers and onions in there!) Fry them in extra virgin oil til cooked. Dump it out on to a napkin to get some of the oil off. Now, transfer fried vegies onto the impatiently awaiting lightly toasted english muffin. Now, drape a pice of salami, turkey, honey ham, or prosciutto (sp) over the top. Put a piece or three of real mozzarella over that, pop into a 300 degree oven for about 3-5 minutes, until cheese is slightly melted.... yummmmmmyyy.

Habanero(sp?) cheese, not jalapeno. I love hot food and I love cheese so it is a perfect marriage.

Hmmm... Cambozola on Carr's Table Water Crackers (black box)
Or an extra sharp cheddar with dry salame.

I agree with the others about Reuben sandwiches... I like mine with pepper-Jack instead of Swiss (and extra sauerkraut).... dark rye if possible!!

Edited twice 'cause I always post before I finish thinking

They do make the best cold pack cheese spreads. They also have a GREAT hot sweet mustard pretzel dip.

My favorite, though is a GOOD pepper jack... or deep fried real cheese curds.

I went to amsterdam and picked up some smoked gouda at some windmill village. This is the best cheese I have ever had! I highly recommend you guys try it.
