Extra sharp cheddar. For an even better snack make it cheese curds. If you want the best make is Wisconsin cheese. We don't call them "Cheese Heads" for nothing...

in response to this thread i tried several things let me tell you all now that cheese...specifically the nacho variety, and peanut butter m&m's are not a good cheese and *blank* combination. other than that i enjoy several cheeses, but ill be happy with a simple medium cheddar with summer sausage ontop of a cracker... yeah im fat

Fontinella...from the italian shop only, sliced thin it melts in your mouth. I could eat a whole pound w/ nothing else...maybe a little pepperoni & olives, but not neccessary
1999 Sportage 4x4...don't go there, it was free

The problem with America is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment
for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety
labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

God I love cheese and smallgoods. I guess my mediterranean upbringing is to blame. If I could only have three things to eat it'd be REAL italian povolone (not the fake american stuff) cheese, ventrecino salami and garlic/chili green olives in extra virgin olive oil!

Has anyone tried real Mozzarella cheese? When I live in Italy I liked the real mozzarella cheese. It is different than store bought Mozzarella. It has a sponge texture and a lot of moisture.
My favorite sandwich is a reuben sandwich.
