I'd have to agree with that.
You Italian?
I get my mozzarella fresh from a local cheese store. I don't go for the supermarket stuff.

Parmesan Reggiano.
There are a lot of cheeses I like, but I've got a torrid love affair with that particular variety. No other cheese I've tried tastes half as good.
If you are into creamy cheeses, Havarti is excellent.
Stilton blue cheese is another one of my favorites. It's excellent on salads and good to cook with.

No, but I often wish I was. Mostly for the food and the women. Everyone thinks I am until they hear my last name (Maynard- British) anyway, since I have very dark hair and grew up good freinds with Italians. One of my best friends growing up had a family-owned restaurant, and I learned about good food from his family.
