dude, u live in vegas. i just got back from vegas. those streets are begging for 18s. smooth flat roads as far as the eye can see with no hills in site. try driving on my streets and you'd see how freakin' lucky u r. hell, i'd get expensive lightweight 19s if i lived out there.

hmouta, The "Vegas" you visited is paved for tourists; the streets that we locals drive on are ALWAYS UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

99svtContourMan, You should stick with a good, lightweight set of 17â? wheels. I have 18â? wheels on my GLI and Iâ??m glad theyâ??re forged BBSs, otherwise they would have been dented at least a dozen times or more by now. And Iâ??ve only had the car for 7 months!

By the way, whatever size wheel you buy make sure that you pick the correct offset and a tire that is as close to stock in diameter as possible; that is how you will avoid rubbing.
