wa2tuff Hard-core CEG\'er W Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 2,426 Under my car	I thought about 18's briefly but decided on 17's. The roads around where I live pretty much suck. I figured 18's wouldn't give me enough sidewall for a "comfortable" ride and protection against tire/rim damage. The suspension makes it stiff enough. I'm happy with my 215/45/17's.
