As far as customer service, I could care less because I can handle my own problems, however, I do agree dells once superior customer support has hit the wall.



I Love my Dell notebook, and didnt like my old ThinkPad... I put laptops in this exact order:
Dell, Toshiba, Gateway, IBM, HP/Crapaq.

My Dell Latitude experience has been a great one, 3 year customer service, ALWAYS understood the customer service when I called them, came to MY House to fix my notebook, no sending it in, being 4+ weeks without my laptop, and getting it back with a Formatted hard disk... I would definatly buy a new Dell if I had the money.

For now, me and the ol' Dell Latitude CPx shall keep ridin along with just the problem of my keyboard is [censored] now from high usage
